Tom Langford Crowned ACC Internet Champion

2006-2007 Season Wrap Up:

Tom Langford (yanknshank29) finished #1 for the 2006-2007 season holding off the surging Ray Fischer (Stinger96). Tom heads up our All-Internet team for this year. Each member of the 2006-2007 All-Internet Team receives an invitation to the ACC TOC held in in Reno during February 2008.

The top 10% of point earners will receive invitations to the ACC TOC held in February. 154 peggers earned IRPs during the 2006-2007 season. In addition to the All- Internet Team, 6 additional individuals earned invitations to the ACC TOC held in Reno during February 2008.

Everyone should remember that Scott Buhrow won the 2006 TOC this past February. Scott received his invitation to the TOC from his participation in the ACC Internet Program.

Our Tournament Directors (TDs) held 210 tournaments during the season. The TDs held both our single-elimination and Cribbage Cup formats. The TDs introduced Manual Scoring to the Cribbage Cup.

New eMasters

Tom Lewis and Donald Olney reached the level of of eMaster. With Tom and Don attaining this level, six ACC members have reached the level of eMaster.

The six eMasters will receive their awards at the 2007 Grand National in Portland, Maine during the awards ceremony.

Lifetime IRPs

In response to a frequent request, a new page that shows the Lifetime IRPs has been developed. There is a link to Lifetime IRPs on the sidebar on the right-hand side of the page. This is based on the end of the season database table developed by Don Ellis our statistician. Research is underway on an approach to automatically update this information each month.

Player of the Month:

Douglas I. Henderson (dih1633) is the player of the month for July. Douglas won three tournaments during July, including two in one week.
