In Lincoln City, at the Sept. 2017 Board Meeting, all of the ACC Committees were reviewed, dissolved and reformed. There are 15 standing committees and one ad-hoc committee formed to accomplish something specific as a result of a motion at the meeting. These committees operate on a continuing basis and the chairperson of each committee is a ACC Board member appointed by the ACC Executive Committee. All members of the Ethics Committee are members of the Board of Directors and equally represent all ACC regions.

The committee investigates and reviews all available information on the alleged offender (both current and prior) and determines if he/she violated any of the ethical standards.
