ACC Tournament Essentials
Checking In
All ACC tournaments are held in the ACC Lounge.
30 minutes before The Tournament Director starts welcoming and greeting players.
15 minutes before Check-Ins open automatically, then you must check yourself in to be able to play.
Start time The tournament automatically closes at the posted start time.
There are two ways to Check-In:
Option 1Click the CHECK IN NOW buttons at the top of the Lounge, then select Confirm, I'm in for all of it.
Option 2Click the Tournament button at the bottom of the Lounge, then select Confirm, I'm in for all of it.
✓Verify you are checked in by looking for the check mark by your name in the Lounge.
Grass Roots Style Tournaments
Once the tournament is seeded, your scorecards will appear on the right-hand side.
All first-round games start automatically. After that, you will start your remaining games.
⚠️ Playing AI in the first round? You must start that game yourself.
STARTA green Start button on your scorecard means your opponent is ready to play. Click START and your match will begin.
STARTA gray Start button means your opponent is still playing or out of the Lounge. Wait patiently.
🔍 Have a gray button? Find out where your opponent is
1Click the PROGRESS button above your scorecard. Look down the list for your opponent's name, then slide across the page to see who they are playing and what round they are in.
2Or hover over their name on the left side of the Lounge — their game table will highlight in yellow so you can follow along with the scores.
Hurry back to the Lounge! When your game is over, return to the Lounge right away. Your next game can't start until you are back.
Bracketed Best of 3 Tournaments
Once the tournament is seeded, the bracket will appear on the right-hand side.
All matches start automatically.
Results are posted and the bracket is updated automatically. Wait for your next opponent to finish — then that game will also start automatically.
📋 Following the bracketFollow along using the bracket on the right-hand side of your screen.
1Click FULL BRACKET to see a larger version.
2Click POP-OUT (top right of the bracket) to resize it and move it around your screen while you play.
⏳ Game didn't start right away? Your opponent is not in the Lounge or is not ready to play yet.
It's your responsibilityKeeping up with the bracket is up to you, not the TD. Watch for your next match so you're ready when it starts.

3min bankEvery player has a bank of 3 minutes in total before being DQ'd. If someone steps away for 5 seconds, that comes out of their bank — and that can happen again and again throughout the tournament until their 3 minutes are spent.
🔍 Opponent missing?Check the top right of your screen to see if they are on a timer.
Bathroom Break
2min break
A BATHROOM BREAK button appears at the end of each game in tournaments. Click it and you will be placed on a 2-minute timer — this does not come out of your 3-minute tournament bank. Once per tournament
When you return, click I'M BACK and you will be returned to the Lounge.
If you are not back within 2 minutes, you will be brought back automatically and placed on the 3-minute timer if your opponent is ready for you.
🔍 Waiting on someone?TDs and the Lounge are notified when a player takes a Bathroom Break. If your opponent is still in their game, check for the Bathroom Break icon by their name.
Having Problems in a Game?
🚫 Do NOT come out to the LoungeIf you have a problem in your game, click the red Click if there's a problem button, look for the issue that matches yours and select it.
Be patient — people play at different speeds. Just because your opponent isn't playing fast does NOT mean there is a problem with the game. They could be:
🐢 Playing slowly🚶 Stepped away📶 On an unstable connection
Still no movement after a fair amount of time?
1Come out to the Lounge and let the Tournament Director know.
2Return to your game immediately. There is nothing the TD can do while you are out in the Lounge.
